How fast can I get connected?+
Where the nbn® is already active at your address, it's often same-day. We'll show you the exact timing the moment you check your address.
Do I need a technician to come out?+
Usually not, most fibre (FTTP) and cable (HFC) connections activate remotely. If a technician visit is needed for your address, we'll tell you upfront.
Can I bring my own modem?+
Yep, as long as it's compatible. Or add a plug-and-play modem from us at checkout and you're sorted out of the box.
Which speed should I get?+
Browsing and a couple of devices? Starter or Essential. Big household, 4K streaming or gaming? Go Fibre 500 or faster. Not sure, ask us and we'll point you the right way.
How do I switch from my current provider?+
Place your order and we'll line up the connection so you're not left offline. Important: you still need to contact your current provider to cancel the service and stop their billing. We can't do that for you, and the old carrier won't always stop charging on their own, so always confirm with them that it's closed. Tip: grab your AVC ID from your latest bill and give it to us when you order, so we transfer the right service.
